How much does a suite cost?
Pricing depends on suite size and location. We’ll go over current rates and availability on your tour. The first month is free for new tenants right now.
Do I really need a license?
Yes. Suites are leased to currently licensed beauty professionals only — this protects you, your clients, and the rest of the community.
What’s the catch with “no long-term contracts”?
No catch. Month-to-month agreements. If it doesn’t work, you don’t owe us five years of rent.
Can I bring my own clients?
Of course — they’re your clients. You set your prices, your hours, your brand. We just provide the four walls and the WiFi.
